Victor Stagnaro is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF). He worked for the Prince George’s County Fire/Emergency Medical Services Department (MD) for 25 years before joining the NFFF in 2010 as the director of fire service programs. In this role, he worked on initiatives to prevent firefighter fatalities. He was promoted to managing director in 2018, leading the organization’s day-to-day operations. In June 2023, he was selected as the Foundation’s CEO.
