This customized training workshop is designed to launch or reinforce the implementation of Extreme Ownership principles. Danny Ziem will incorporate a blend of presentation, interactive discussions, Q&A, practical application exercises, and breakout discussions throughout the afternoon.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental leadership principles of Extreme Ownership, and how to implement them in real time. When applied, these lessons will make your people better leaders and change the culture of your organization.
