Allison Theunissen began her career in public safety with Weld County Regional Communications Center in 2016 as a 9-1-1 Communications Specialist. While in this role she also served the organization as a CTO (Certified Training Officer) and EMD-Q (Quality Improvement Certification). In 2017, Allison promoted to Communications Supervisor. She worked as a Communications Supervisor for almost 3 years. During this time, Allison earned her Communications Center Manager Certification (CMCP) designation. Allison promoted to E9-1-1 MSAG and Program Manager in 2020. As the E9-1-1 MSAG and Program Manager, Allison has many responsibilities that include maintaining the Master Street Addressing Guide Database (MSAG), programming the Computer Aided Dispatching System (CAD), hardware and software repairs and maintenance, and project management. Allison is actively involved in the Weld County Fire Dispatch Efficiency Committee, Weld County Law Operations Committee, Communications Advisory Board, Weld County E911 Authority Board, and State Resource Center GIS Project Committee.
