This workshop will discuss and answer questions about sustaining current service delivery while facing the raising costs of equipment, apparatus, PPE,  and  other items essential to our profession. Fire Departments everywhere are having to decide how to maintain current levels of service and equipment, and re-prioritize purchasing or attaining new equipment. This session should generate some great discussion and facilitate ideas that will benefit all departments, no matter the size.
