Ever feel frustrated when giving a good idea to your boss, and being met with a "we need to think this through" response?  Or maybe you've been on the other side, hearing great suggestions but feeling unsure that you've got all the information to make a call?

This session equips fire service leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations.  By adopting techniques used by the military, participants will learn to craft decision memorandums and briefings that encompass the information necessary to give the Fire Chief, or other decision makers, the belief and confidence to say "yes".
