Lieutenant Colonel Eric Savickas (US Army, Ret.) is a proven leader, as well as an expert teacher and trainer, with over 25 years of combined experience as an Army officer, university instructor, and leadership coach.

He held assignments at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, including two operational tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Eric served on the Joint Staff in the Pentagon as an Operations Officer in the J3 Operations Directorate, and his final military role was Chair of the Department of Military Science at Eastern Illinois University.

Eric uses his combat-tested leadership experience to fuel the leadership training he provides to those in the fire service working to make a difference each day. He is passionate about helping individual leaders and their departments develop, grow, and succeed.
