Booth Fees & What's Included:

Exhibit Booth Space Fees per space:

  • CSFC Partner Booth:  $725 (must also sign up for a Partnership)
  • Non-Partner Booth:  $995

The booth package includes access to education, networking and all meal functions in addition to:

  • (1) 5 amp Electrical Outlet per company
  • (1) 6ft draped table + (2) chairs per space
  • (1) Trashcan
  • (1) Complimentary Staff Registration Badge per exhibit space

NOTE:  The exhibit areas are carpeted

All exhibitors must be badged – additional staff badges will be available for $325 each – limitations apply.

Only exhibiting companies may send staff to attend FLC.

 

Fire Leadership Challenge 2024 - Exhibiting Terms and Conditions:

Upon registering for a booth, you agree to the Fire Leadership Challenge Terms and Conditions.

 

Booth Space Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your exhibit space, please email kj@cofirechiefs.org.  All cancellations received prior to August 30 will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.  Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.

NOTE:  Exhibiting staff will not be able to attend without a paid booth space.
